Pro Seal

Pro Seal Asphalt is a driveway sealing and asphalt business based in Ottawa, Ontario. The company has been in operation since 1991, and transitioned to new ownership in 2015. A unanimous decision was reached by the new team: Pro Seal was well overdue for a face lift.

We were given the task of breathing new life into the brand, while still conveying the sentiment of the old logo, and maintaining the original colour scheme of red, black, and white. A confident, trustworthy, but slightly rugged appearance was obtained through the use of dark backgrounds, distressed text, and the sturdy rectangular frame around the text in the logo.
