Bill’s General Repair started in business June 1, 1968 as a general repair shop, repairing all types of things, from welding kitchen chairs, repairing gas engines to lawn and garden equipment, snowmobiles and motorcycles, and also making parts and products for customers’ needs.

In the early ’70s, we started in the Lawn & Garden industry, first selling Moto Mower, hand mowers and tillers as well as Ski Roule snowmobiles.  Bill’s General Repair became a Briggs & Stratton dealer, as well as Tecumseh and Kohler engine parts and service center, also adding chain saws by Dan Arm.

From the mid-’70s into the ’80s, Bill’s Repair expanded again and added Noma Canadiana products, Pioneer, Partner and Jonsered chain saws, as well as Toro Wheel Horse, Lawn Boy and Echo products.

From the ’80s to the ’90s we added Poulan, Poulan Pro & Husqvarna.  From the ’90s into the year 2000, Bill’s also added Simplicity, then Ferris and Snapper.

Today we offer full parts, service, and warranty for all the manufacturers we have grown to represent in our many years in the lawn and garden industry.

We retail value-added products to our customers from the many suppliers we have been doing business with for over 50 years.  Many of our long term customers are still using products they purchased from us over 40 years ago.

Bill’s Repair can still weld the kitchen chair and make parts and we carry a large selection of parts, new and used for all our manufacturers.  Helping our customers with their needs or wants is a relationship that we continue to grow.
